Warranty & Return Policy
Vortic has built a reputation based on quality and customer service. That is why all watches are warranted by the Vortic Watch Company under the terms and conditions of the Two (2) Year Revolving Warranty.
The "Revolving Warranty" simply means that the two years start over whenever the watch is serviced. Warranty services can be found HERE.
Vortic prides itself on craftsmanship and the preservation of timepieces built over 100 years ago in America and all over the world. As such, the pieces may contain slight aesthetic variations that reflect the watches’ antiquity. Such variations include, but are not limited to hairline cracks on the dial, wear of the movements, blurring of the original engraving, and fading of ink inlay on the watch face or movement.
For this warranty to remain in effect your watch must be serviced at least once every two (2) years by Vortic or a Vortic certified watch repair company. Individual service fees and service plan fees may apply.
The Vortic warranty covers faulty workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. In the case of defects covered by the warranty, all components (excluding leather strap and buckle) will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge. In the case of a replacement, Vortic cannot guarantee the same watch model. If a specific model is not available a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. One must prove their authenticity of ownership in order to make a warranty claim. This is done by presenting either the “Authenticity Card” or the “Watchmaking Certificate.” The warranty is transferrable so long as each owner retains these documents of authenticity.

Customer satisfaction is paramount to Management at the Vortic Watch Company. Being a low volume manufacturer of custom goods, the Management attempts to handle each case on an individual basis. However, as such, each watch built by Vortic is completely custom and is legitimately one-of-a-kind. This means that whether an individual requesting a return is the purchaser, the end-user, or one of Vortic’s authorized dealers, any returns must be approved/agreed to in writing by the Management of Vortic LLC.
Retailers are not authorized to process returns. However, individuals residing within a convenient distance from an authorized dealer should return their product to that location if an issue is encountered. In this way, dealers can help avoid unnecessary shipping costs, ensure proper packaging, and complete returns in a timely manner.
Do not return products to Vortic without prior written authorization. Vortic will accept the return of any watch in like-new condition after any period. Return items must contain original packaging and be in unworn condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging of the item(s) in question. Some items may require a re-stocking or repair fee in the case of damage and/or wear.
Vortic's policies are intentionally firm, but rest assured that the Management will do everything in their power to not only accommodate customers but to ensure that their experience is positive.Returns and/or Refunds may be requested by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation, and images describing the reason for the request.
