RETURN POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is paramount to Management at the Vortic Watch Company. Being a low volume manufacturer of custom goods, the Management attempts to handle each case on an individual basis.
However, as such, each watch built by Vortic is completely custom and is legitimately one-of-a-kind. This means that whether an individual requesting a return is the purchaser, the end-user, or one of Vortic’s authorized dealers, any returns must be approved/agreed to in writing by the Management of Vortic LLC.
Retailers are not authorized to process returns. However, individuals residing within a convenient distance from an authorized dealer should return their product to that location if an issue is encountered. In this way dealers can help avoid unnecessary shipping costs, ensure proper packaging, and complete returns in a timely manner.
Do not return products to Vortic without prior written authorization. Watches must be returned within ten (10) business days of receipt. Return items must contain original packaging and be in unworn condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging of the item(s) in question. All packages must be both pre-paid and insured. Issued Return Credit does not include original shipping and insurance charges. Vortic reserves the right to deny returns. Some items may require a re-stocking or repair fee in the case of damage and/or wear.
Vortic's policies are intentionally firm, but rest assured that the Management will do everything in their power to not only accommodate customers, but to ensure that their experience is positive.
Returns and/or Refunds may be requested by e-mailing partners@vorticwatches.com with an explanation, and images describing the reason for the request. If the request is approved, please ship the watch, including all parts and accessories, pursuant to the instructions in the e-mail authorization.
Vortic is not liable for any damage incurred during return shipping.
