As a goldsmith and mechanical engineer with immense pride in my nation, I so appreciate unique items coupled with American ingenuity and craftsmanship. These watches are American heritage wrapped in modern materials and style. What is not to love! Thank you, Vortic!

I am very impressed with the quality of my Military Sixth Edition watch. The titanium case is beautiful and highly crafted. The movement looks like new and keeps excellent time. I have had a lot of compliments. I have referred quite a few people to Vortic. It wears light on the wrist in spite of its size. I consider it a very good investment and a historical treasure.

The first watch I’ve ordered online in years. When I first put it on I was in my car and alone, fortunately, because I uttered something really loud and really inappropriate for the public. This watch is sooooo coool! The dial is clean and nicely restored but is still obviously very old and shows great patina. The clear caseback shows off the movement nicely. I didn’t realize they were finished so well. I thought the watch would be too large to wear comfortably for more than a few hours but it looks great and I’ve worn it all day on more than one occasion. My only suggestion is the crown could be a bit smaller. Also, how about some different case materials? Fantastic work, kept them coming.

I have the good fortune to own several high end timepieces. I’ve been waiting to make a Vortic purchase and when I saw Lancaster 069 I couldn’t wait any longer. I’m so thoroughly impressed with the build quality of this watch. It’s stunning from every angle. I love unique and I love history and the feeling I get carrying memories and moments on my wrist is powerful! It’s also an incredibly conversation piece! Absolutely no regrets and my first Vortic will probably not be my last.

The watch is a mix between vintage charm and industrial design. The titanium case wears perfect on wrist and gives the watch a substantial look. I’ve always loved pocket watches and this is the perfect way to enjoy them, in a modern practical way.

I don’t recall how I came across the Vortic Military watch, but when I read about the watch and saw the final product, I had to have it. The history alone is reason enough. Add in my Grandfather who flew B-17’s in the Army Air Corps, who was my hero growing up…and you couldn’t hold me back. I was getting one. As the months counted down to Veterans Day, the release date, I researched the watch, the pocket watch in original form. I asked my mom and my Aunts about if Grandad had one of the watches and if they remembered seeing him with one. Hoping maybe in his old locker, there might be one. No luck. Knowing that these masterpieces sell out very quickly, I began a plan B. Buy a Hamilton from that era off the web and hope the guys at Vortic would make one for me. Fortunately for me, plan A worked out and I was able to get in and purchase one of the first 20 and fulfill my desire to honor my Grandfather and the men who persevered over the skies of Europe. Once I received the watch I was amazed at everything about it. It looks brand new, because it essentially is! To top off the experience, and I mean it’s an experience receiving this watch. The packaging and accessories included blew me away, completely unexpected. I’m so proud of the watch, it sits out in plain view of all that come though my humble abode, displayed with pride on the included display. Owning a watch like this is a true honor and I treat it as I’m just a messenger, explaining the history and meaning to all that ask. This is an amazing time piece, the quality is beyond reproach and I am proud to wear and share this historic timepiece.

The military edition watch. It is as wonderful in person as I hoped it would be, and much more, of course it has the history the provenance the American heritage. It is unique in the pocket watch world and now in the wrist watch world, due to its true 24-hour dial, center seconds, and hacking seconds . Then being able to hold a piece of military and US history is in honor and special. The design of the case and the case material along with its finishing compliment the simple, and purposeful dial wonderfully the strap also compliments both. Then you turn it over and get to enjoy all the inner workings of this amazing watch. The case, strap, and configuration throughout has an amazing aesthetic, and attention to detail. But before you even get to see and enjoy the watch you get to experience the packaging and presentation when you unbox it. I was taken back by all the attention to detail, and all the little details. In the packaging and presentation from the ammo can that it comes in to each layer of foam that surrounds different things that accompany the watch, everything from literature presentation stand which can also house the original pocket watch case the driver to change straps a spare strap information card and stand to display the watch with a mirror positioned so you can see the back of the watch without removing it from the stand. And that is on top of all the engraved and laser cut pictures and verbiage throughout the packaging to enhance the process the topic and the special nature of this one. Phenomenal . By far the most thought out in special packaging and displaying of any watch I have seen heard about or have purchased. Pairing that with the history, scarcity, and unique qualities of this watch it is an outstanding package and very well done honoring their company, military history, and American industry Palestine present, their donations to a wonderful cause for the watch industry as well as veterans.
