The Lancaster Railroad 018 (51mm)

Product Description

The Lancaster Railroad 018 is the 18th one-of-a-kind piece in Vortic's "Lancaster" line of the American Artisan Series. This watch contains the original movement (timepiece), dial (face), and hands from a vintage (1880’s – 1950’s) pocket watch. The American Artisan Series is a line of fully American Made wristwatches powered by restored, U.S. made pocket watch movements.

What makes the Lancaster Railroad 018 Unique: THIS IS THE FIRST LANCASTER MODEL WE HAVE DONE IN YEARS! This watch features a Hamilton movement and dial upcycled into our DLC titanium case (we are in no way affiliated with the Hamilton Watch Company). Despite being almost 100 years old, the crisp clean dial is undeniably modern and fresh. The rich black leather straps, matte black DLC case, and bronze crown bring an understated elegance to this piece of history. The movement was made in 1926, the same year the restoration of Colonial Williamsburg began.
